Chill out on Saturday-Cheap eats-Chef's Palette

Last bloggers, I introduced two special meals from different cultures-China and Korea. Smart foodie won't eat too much for the main course because they know a really complete meal always comes with surprising dessert. This time I'm going to recommend a dedicate cafe which is near Ymone Haejanggook eatery-Chef's palette.
Chef's palette is renovated from former My Sweet Memory cafe. MSM is a very longstanding notable cafe in Strathfield. However, its closing doesn't mean there is no good contender here in Strathfield to compete with cafe jungle in Sydney. Their pastry chef Catherine Moon is from Le Cordon Bleu and trained at Aqua Dining in Millions Point. She is really talented. This truth can guarantee you won't be disappointed when you step into this rustic and tavern ambience place. I've been to several Korean cafe, most of them are obsessive with this vintage decoration style. With the dim light, slouching on the leather couch, you just want to do nothing but enjoy a cup of fine coffee.
If you don't drink coffee, you are not living in Australia. If you want to experience real Aussie life, having coffee is the first step. Cappuccino is my new love.
Chef's palette uses five senses single origin beans and Morgan's coffee rosters beans. I'm not fussy about coffee, but having a high quality beverage at the end of the meal is one of the best enjoyment. Don't you think so?
Our first one is fruit tiramisu. I am not overly fond of Italian dessert, however, fruit is always my beloved.
You can never find another place which can offer a creamier tiramisu than here. It contains almost the whole cup of cream with sponge cake at the bottom. I don't like overly sweet dessert, but this one is just WOW. I am determinedly to wipe clean every corner of the cup.
We also cleaned up a creamy strawberry cheese cake.
To my surprise, the strawberry on the top of this cake is way much bigger than tiramisu. If you are a fan of strawberry, this is definitely your choice. They are soooo fresh and tasty. Strawberry and cheese cake, they are the perfect partner goodness.
