Lee Chef Restaurant

Lee Chef Restaurant is located on Church Street, Parramatta, across from the level 3 exit of Westfield. They are a Vietnamese restaurant, one of a few in Parramatta. Personally, it’s my favourite one as the portions are worth more for the money you pay, which isn’t expensive at all.

Menu

I often eat there by myself and almost always order the rare beef and beef ball noodle soup (Phở). Too often when I eat Vietnamese food, particularly Phở, I find that the broth dries my throat out and makes me thirsty (it’s because of the MSG). Eating here, however, I find that I won’t get parched much, if at all.

The noodles come with the usual platter of raw bean sprouts, lemon wedge(s) and basil leaves, as well as a small amount of chopped chilli. I like adding the lemon, a few leaves and the whole lot of chopped chilli. My brother, on the other hand, likes putting Sriracha and Hoisin sauces into his, and hates the lemon, so it really depends on what you like to decide what to put in.

Overall, the food is very satisfactory, the service is very welcoming, the prices are very decent and the interior of the restaurant appears friendly.
